Several areas of resin mold/plate were brushed with a soft nylon bristle brush during the fresh water rinse.  This was especially done where duct tape was located and a small nylon bottle brush was used to push soils through clogged holes during the fresh water rinse. Several areas of steel spout/funnel had the edge of a putty knife used to remove a majority of the soil along the welded seam during the fresh water rinse. All of the parts were air pressure dried.

Recommendation

The ArmaKleen Technical Center recommends using a 100% by volume solution of ArmaKleen™ Paint and Ink Remover at 150°F in a Spray-Under Immersion Washer for a minimum of 15 hours.
